You'll receive a comprehensive written builders report with clear photographs documenting every issue identified, plain-English commentary explaining findings, severity ratings for all defects discovered, and a summary section outlining significant issues requiring attention or specialist follow-up inspections.
Important: Our builders' report is a visual inspection of accessible areas. We don't remove fixtures, lift floor coverings, or conduct invasive investigations. If our inspection identifies concerns requiring specialist assessment, we recommend obtaining expert reports in moisture testing, electrical safety, detailed plumbing, or structural engineering.
